An Anti-Racist, Community-Driven Framework for Equitable Health Workforce Research and Policy

Taylor Rogers, PhD, MPH, presents the work in which she and Rosalind de Lisser, PhD, PMHNP, FNP, introduce a new anti-racist framework for health workforce research, policy, and practice.  Traditional workforce development approaches have often excluded community voices and overlooked structural racism. Using qualitative and community-engaged methods, our research team developed a conceptual framework to guide reflection, contextual analysis, and action toward equity in health workforce research and policy. The framework offers a structured method to advance health equity and community-informed workforce transformation.
