As California attempts to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the challenge of improving and expanding behavioral health has been amplified. According to surveys conducted by the US Census Bureau, since the beginning of the pandemic, Californians are increasingly experiencing worry, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
